Dogs & Lizard

Wild dogs are commonplace and seem to survive begging and scavenging. They occasionally snap at cars. This pair seemed well manered and people do sometimes stroke them. Nevertheless this was taken from distance.


This lizard was sharing a tree with another lizard friend.

Hotel Water

Water arrives to supply the hotel at the end of the day. I think it is delivered early in the morning too. Notices in the rooms to encourage judicious water use are not apparent.

Bangalore Airport

This is Bangalore Airport or more accurately Bengaluru Airport. The chaps in white are taxi drivers, rather than off-duty cricketers.

Birmingham & Dubai Airports

Birmingham Airport seemed to possess functional beauty. The photo is intended to be in the style of Andreas Gursky.

Dubai Airport is much more glamorous. There are plenty of designer shops along with the usual suspects and a reliable French patisserie franchise with an easy to remember name "Paul".
